This website is operated by Links By Scratch. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Links By Scratch. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Online store terms

Products and product descriptions

Our chains are made with a 316L stainless steel core finished in 14K gold plating or 999 silver plating. Plating is a surface finish and is not solid gold or solid silver. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate. Product images are representative; slight variation in finish, tone and link profile may occur between batches.

Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless another currency is selected at checkout. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, to refuse any order, and to discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent or placed in breach of these terms. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.

Shipping, title and risk

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless prepaid at checkout.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time without obligation to update any information.

Intellectual property

The Links By Scratch name, the LS logo, our product photography and site content are our property and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Links By Scratch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any products purchased through it. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
