Return and Refund Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your chain. If you are not, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

 

Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with the LS clasp intact and all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted.

 

How to start a return

 

Email us at meluke472@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions and a return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

 

Return shipping

 

Returns from within Canada and the United States are free. We will provide a prepaid return label. For all other countries, we provide the return address and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred on the return leg. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for a parcel that does not reach us.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

 

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you, including shipping both ways.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to exchange for a different length or finish is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order once the return is approved.

 

Non-returnable items

 

Gift cards and final-sale items marked as such at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

 

European Union customers

 

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in addition to the 30-day window above. The item must meet the same condition requirements.
